The Counsellor Blou is an accomplished online Integrated Psychotherapist. She is registered and accredited with the BACP. She qualified in 2018 with a Diploma in CBT and left her 15-year career in the NHS to create her Sovereign Private Practice, TCB. She undertook another diploma in the specifics of Counselling Online to ensure her knowledge, skills and standards were advanced.

Hello, I'm Jordan — founder of The Holistic Harbour, a counselling practice based in Dumfries and Galloway. I value face-to-face connection and work with individuals from 14+ experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. I am situated within the beautiful Crichton Grounds in Dumfries.

I am committed to making counselling more accessible and, to support this, I can offer a limited number of concessional-rate appointments for unpaid carers.

Glen is a qualified Mental Health nurse and BABCP registered CBT Cognitive Psychotherapist. He is also a long-service veteran, having joined the Army Reserves in 1997 as a Combat Medic before transferring into the regular Army as a Mental Health Nurse, where he served until 2018.

Glen is working with TCB to deliver a Pain Management Online course. This will soon be available as a membership-exclusive release.

Joe graduated from Swansea University with a Masters degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost). He has a keen interest in a range of musculo-skeletal problems, chronic injuries, and how work-related activities can lead to pain and dysfunction. Joe believes that many of these problems can be aided through tailored treatment and exercise prescription that will aid the functioning of the body as a unit. He has completed further training in Kinesio-taping and dry needling which can be used in addition to osteopathic treatment for a range of overuse and sports injuries.

Committed to helping people fully recover from physical or emotional blocks. This integration of physical release and emotional treatment allows for a more holistic, sustainable healing experience and provides support when emotional content arises during physical treatment.
