Respectful data use
We collect what is needed to provide access, support learning and resolve customer queries.
The platform stores practical records such as accounts, course access, purchases and progress. These records help learners return to their courses, receive certificates and get support when something needs attention.
Sensitive counselling notes are not stored as course progress data. Creators and administrators should only add information that is necessary for platform operation and support.
Payments
Stripe processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store transaction references, amounts, status, and course access records; we do not store full card details on The Complete Being.
Learning
Progress and certificates
We use enrollment, progress, watch events, reviews, and certificate records to provide access, measure completion, support creators, and help administrators resolve purchase or access queries.
Support
Customer visibility
Administrators can inspect the operational records needed to support purchases, refunds, enrollments and access issues.
Questions about your data
You can request account support or deletion where legally and operationally possible. Some purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, or safeguarding records may need to be retained.
