Simple guidance for course refunds, access changes and how purchase support is handled by The Complete Being.

Purchase support

Refund requests are reviewed with course access, payment records and support context in view.

Refund requests are reviewed by The Complete Being support team. Please include the email address used at checkout, the course name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Course pages include creator information, credentials, learning objectives and support-scope notes so customers can make an informed choice before purchase.

Request review

Contact support with your checkout email, course name and the issue you want reviewed.

Step two

Support checks

The team reviews the payment record, enrollment state, course access and relevant support context.

Step three

Refund processed

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and full refunds normally revoke course access.

Access after refunds

A full refund normally removes access to the refunded course. Partial refunds may leave course access in place unless support confirms otherwise. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, and your bank or card provider controls how quickly the money appears after Stripe processes the refund.
